**Outbound Supervisor 9:00pm start Monday to Friday (48 hours)**

£12.62ph x 48 + Bonus £76.25 = £682.01pw = £35,464 pa

**Job Role & Purpose**

You will coordinate the Deckworker (FLT) Team, to ensure that goods and materials are put onto the correct vehicles, within specified standards and scheduled deadlines. You will also ensure that the decks and warehouse are managed systematically, productively and safely.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the Deckworker Team, to ensure efficient flow of outbound goods and materials.
- Ensure that all goods and materials are stored and loaded and put into the relevant bays for onward transportation, within the specified standards and scheduled deadlines.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships, ensuring proactive resolution of issues, where possible, to minimise any customer impact.
- Ensure that any logístical issues not resolved are discussed promptly with the Night Operations Manager, to ensure a resolution is found in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilise the Company inhouse systems to ensure safe and efficient good monitoring and communication processes.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that logistics are consistently reviewed and audited, to maintain standards, deadlines and customer experience.
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and accounting.
- Quality assurance (QA) duties, to include reporting any product damage and shortages promptly to Night Operations Manager.
- Ensure that work areas are kept clear and clean, promoting the principle of clean-as-you-go, wherever possible.
- Ensure any maintenance issues to equipment and / or vehicles are reported promptly to the Night Operations Manager.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits on warehouse logistics, making recommendations for improvements where possible to the Night Operations Manager.
- Create deck and warehouse metric reports, where required.
- To complete any other reasonable duties as instructed by the management team.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- Coach, mentor and develop staff including overseeing new starters.
- Provide oversight and direction to your team.
- Lead staff using a performance management and development process including objective setting, feedback and identifying training & development needs.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Contribute to decisions on reward and promotion, ensuring these are based on performance measurement.
- Responsibility for managing and recording attendance including timekeeping, sickness absence and annual leave.
- Ensure security of all personal or sensitive company data at all times.

**Salary**: £35,464.00 per year
