We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to help implement a new ERP system, a ‘hands on’ role working with a small team to deliver goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring daily duties are carried out efficiently and safely
- Monitoring and managing stock/inventory
- Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Implementing and maintaining working procedures and standards
- Developing and maintaining relationships with sub-contractors, negotiating pricing.
- Maintaining ISO9001audits and working standards, quality assurance
- Support and monitor and produce KPI’s and ensure targets are achieved
- Monitor the quality of products and report defects with any necessary remedial actions
- Work closely with the Production Manager to ensure a smooth flow of product through the warehouse

**Experience Required**
- Previous experience of managing/supervising staff
- Experience with Sage 200 / SAP beneficial but not compulsory
- Working with bill of materials and stock systems
- Good computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Working in a Manufacturing environment

Pay: £24,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
