**Brief Description**:
We are currently seeking a Programme Co-ordinator to maintain information on the track prioritised workbank as specified by the route asset management team and manage the programme for inspection of proposed renewal and enhancement sites.

**About the role (External)**:
**Key Accountabilities**

1. Input and maintain accurate and current records of workbank items as specified by track renewal and enhancement engineers.

2. Programme manage the specification production process, including change control and progress monitoring.

3. Provide information relating to the track renewal and enhancement prioritised workbank to delivery units, national Track asset management team and other asset management groups.

4. Make arrangements for the inspection of proposed renewal and enhancement sites.

5. Provide administrative support, as required.

6. Support the development of the access plan.

7. Collate information on proposed renewal and enhancement items to support decision making.

8. Undertake planning duties for site engineers

**Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications**

Essential
- Experience in administrative duties in an engineering environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Able to extract and interpret reports from computer systems

Desirable
- HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline
- Understanding of railway infrastructure and terminology
- Experience of an engineering discipline

**Salary**: £27,000 - £30,000
