We are looking for an Experienced Office Administrator with a strong background in care to provide an efficient administrative service to the company and our service users.

You will assist with the daily running of the office, from accepting new care packages referrals and to sending out all rotas to care staff and service users; monitoring and evaluating the care delivered to service users. inputting care plans and risk assessments; communicating effectively with vulnerable service users.

You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and potential customers therefore you will be expected to offer a friendly, welcoming, compassionate, caring and a professional service at all times.

Your main duties will be as follows:

- The daily use of care and office related software such as Tagtronics (experience desirable)
- Support meetings such as, staff supervisions by making sure they run smoothly and that minutes are kept accurately
- Develop and maintain good filing systems of both service users and staff
- Producing accurate reports, namely staff spot checks under the direction of management.

Essential skills required:

- Able to demonstrate strong skills in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience managing competing deadlines, working alone and as part of a team.
- Evidence of good written and oral skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and working with others.
- Adaptability.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the main issues facing older people.
- Pior experience in care setting

We are looking for a self motivated person with abilities to take own initiative and work as part of a dynamic team.

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
