Personalisation Assistant

As a growing business, we’re now recruiting for extra Warehouse staff to join our friendly team.

Required:

- Experience in the Sublimation Print Process
- Basic Computer Skills
- Team Focus Attitude
- Willingness to follow instructions

Training provided on the job.

**Working hours** are 16 hours per week, Usually 4x 4 hour shifts

Please note: To maintain continuity of service throughout our busiest season, no annual leave can be taken from October to end of December each year**.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Navigating systems to manage customer online orders.**:

- **Receiving and relaying order information, amending data, and fixing systematic or order issues when relevant.**:

- **Picking stock**:

- **Preparing customer orders**:

- **Quality checking for accuracy**:

- **Dispatching orders**:

- **Personalising products: heat pressing/sublimation/engraving/printing/embroidery**

**About You**:
You're passionate about the printing industry, comfortable working with a team and working with them towards success. You understand the importance of quality and have a keen eye for detail.

Experience with various printing methods and technologies, along with a proven track record in a similar role, is highly advantageous. Training provided.
