We are looking for an **Academy Project Lead** to manage and lead various projects in the Care Professional Academy. The Project lead is responsible for various duties surrounding a project. These duties may include documentation, creating and updating project trackers, risk and issue management, and using time management skills to help the team stay on track.

**What does the role of Academy Project Lead involve?**

Based in Welwyn Garden City, working within an established team, you will lead on all projects for the ‘Care Professional Academy’ which is fully funded in Hertfordshire for all Adult Social Care providers and growing to other counties in the UK. A few of our initial projects include development of the App, growth plan, increase engagement of Social Care Workforce.
- Your day-to-day duties will include:_

1. Complete and/or maintain all project management documentation. This ranges from project initiation documents, milestone checklists, creation and evaluation of project reports

2. Implement project actions from initial scope through to evaluation, working with Academy team and Manager; as well as working collaboratively with IT and Marketing departments.

3. Keeping track of risks and issues of projects, creating change requests when necessary

4. Keeping track of project KPI’s ensuring they are met and analysing progress against objectives

5. Communicating with stakeholders and Academy team to keep up to date with project progress, as well as Supporting with marketing and copywriting for project communications

6. Supporting with marketing and copywriting for project communications

7. Keeping all documents and paperwork relating to project up to date and standardised.

8. Build trackers and dashboards to monitor objectives and report to Academy Manager and Senior Leadership Team

9. Any general tasks as requested which contribute to the growth and smooth running of HCPA and Academy

**Am I the right person for Academy Project Lead position?**

At HCPA, we are looking for individuals to work for us who are passionate about our company goals and values. We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent Project Management or Change Management skills, IT skills, passion for analysing data and reporting, as well as strong organisational, communication and time-management skills..
- We are also looking for you to:_
- 12 months experience working in Health or Social Care and Project Management or Change Management Experience
- Qualification in Project Management or willingness to work towards qualification
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Excel, Power Point, Word, project programmes
- Good competence in analysis and interpretation of information and data, presenting it in a clear, concise way
- Excellent standards of written documentation with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Own transport with insurance for business use is essential for this role as travel around Hertfordshire may be required
- Flexible working arrangement will be required based on the needs of the Academy.
