**Job Overview**:
The role is based in an MOD PFI project with responsibility for the co-ordination and dedicated administrative support to the Lifecycle Manager to ensure effective and efficient operation. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the delivery of excellent administrative service but also including customer relations, health and safety, quality, environmental, programme and the cost/value of project delivery and will require relevant clearances. Some experience of building maintenance and/or facilities management would be advantageous.

**Main Duties**- Establish and maintain effective relationships through co-ordinated contact with the customer and on-site staff.
- Provide support & liaise closely with the Asset & Lifecycle Manager, Hard Services and Store's staff to ensure documentation is kept up to date on all site assets and task progress captured.
- Ensure Tracking records are always kept up to date and liaise with Commercial & Finance administrator to ensure accurate financial info is detailed.
- Co-ordination of multiple sub-contractors and multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compile documentation required, maintain job files and spreadsheet trackers.
- Co-ordinate multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience of CAFM system desirable
- raising and altering work orders, purchase orders and receiving invoices
- Understanding of onsite issues and challenges and able to address problems to achieve correct results maintaining discretion at all times.
- Ensuring that team members are also aware of the plans and communicates same.
- Any other duties relevant to the role or reasonable request from a senior manager;

- Ability to plan and organise resources on their own initiative in order to meet tight deadlines;
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure - remains calm and in control of themselves.

Desirable
- Previous experience in a coordination role.
- Experience of MOD/DIO policies procedures and sites.
- Experience of Asset and lifecycle models.
- Awareness of CDM 2015 and building construction regulations.
- Knowledge and experience of PFI contracts, particularly in a service environment
- CITB Level 3 Safety Course/IOSH managing safety;
