Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Finance Administrator to join our CAM team at our Appleton site.

Culina Asset Management (CAM) looks after the truck, trailers and MHE for the wider Culina Group, this role will look after the day to day administration of the accounts functions. This role will help to ensure all the administration for the finance team is completed in a timely manner.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader.

**Job responsibilities of Finance Admin include**:

- Raising PO’s.
- Coding ad hoc invoices.
- Scanning and filing of documents.
- Producing fleet lists and hire reports for the wider businesses.
- Helping to assist in investigations of cost queries.
- Setting up leases on the fleet system.
- Any supportive tasks for the finance team.
- System upkeep and data entry.
- Supporting the Management Accountant with month end and year end.

**Qualifications**
- Good Microsoft Office ability, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- The ability to think creatively as well as be a team player.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good communication.
- Wanting to progress within the business.
