We are pleased to be recruiting for a Office Coordinator for a small and close-knit company based in Hemel Hempstead.

If you are friendly, approachable, and empathetic with experience of working within a customer service environment or busy reception desk then this could be a great opportunity to get into a warm and welcoming team.

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am to 5pm. The salary for this role is paying up to £21,000.

**Duties to include**:

- Welcoming incoming patients/visitors to Breakspear
- Answering all incoming calls
- Booking all appointments for new/existing customer in line with staff schedules
- Creating note files for all new customers and printing 'labels' for the file
- Registering all new customers and updating where appropriate
- Sending out new forms to all new customers in advance of their first appointment including confirmation of first appointment time and date
- Sending out forms for new customers upon request
- Regularly updating customer details i.e. address/contact details, data cleanse
- Ensuring all staff complete the register on entry and exit and holiday/absence is noted
- Experience within a customer service environment
- Willingness and ability to communicate clearly with all members of staff, customers, and visitors
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ambitious and keen with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong administrative skills
- Prompt and able to manage their time
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent IT skills, outlook, word, excel
