**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactive identifying and reaching out to potential clients to generate leads and opportunities.
- To handle incoming enquiries by providing customers with product information and quotations.
- Use persuasive communication skills to effectively present our products and services to clients and close deals successfully.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate exceptional quoting skills to prepare accurate and competitive proposals that meet client requirements and maintain minimum company Gross Profit margins
- Carry out roles as required in the Operations department.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
- Continuously stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to position our products advantageously.
- Engage with leads, industry professionals and the public on company Social Media accounts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and timely delivery of products and services.
- Engage with architects and industry professionals to arrange CPD sessions, showcasing our products and expanding our reach.
- To complete sales visits and pre-contract meetings in both a commercial and residential environment.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry trade shows to build brand visibility and drive sales opportunities.
- Have good administration skills.
- To accurately input information, quotes, and data into the Company CRM database.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships. is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate product value and negotiate effectively.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple quotes and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to provide accurate and precise information to clients.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales-related software.
- A self-driven and results-oriented attitude, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- A full UK driving license is essential.

The starting salary will be circa £23,500 per annum, depending on experience.
