Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships will be key in providing exceptional service to our clients.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and agreements to clients
- Coordinate property inspections and surveys
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving skills

Pay: £20,837.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
