As a Direct Mail Team Leader you will be responsible for running a highly efficient and agile fulfilment department, managing the team to ensure we meet daily outputs and KPI’s. This is a newly developed department, where processes are always changing, a good eye for detail and proactively looking at ways to improve the service are a must.

This is a permanent contract based at our Templeborough site in Rotherham, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

**What will your role as a Direct Mail Team Leader involve?**

As a Direct Mail Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Managing operations and your team to ensure that tasks are completed to agreed timelines.
- Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes objective setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
- Delivering exemplary service and prioritising the incoming workload.
- Be the primary customer contact, acting as a single point of contact from initial enquiry through to order completion.
- Manage customer stock, reporting stock holding levels, managing replenishments.
- Manage stock from the warehouse ensuring stock levels are correct and put in correct locations.

To be successful as a Direct Mail Team Leader, you will need to be able to demonstrate you have:

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Energy and enthusiasm, willingness to learn and to be adaptable to change.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
