We are currently recruiting for a Claims Team Leader on behalf of our client, a highly regarded claims management company.
This role incorporates flexible working.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Care, including building relationships with clients, company offices and partners.
- Handling queries by clients and others.
- Ensuring that information from clients and partners is updated and accurate.
- Handling complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensuring the team follows best practice whilst the company's operational requirements are fulfilled
- Monitoring and reviewing quality control, claims files and general processes.
- General supervision of Claims Team, claims handling and invoicing.
- Handling own caseload.
- Streamlining processes and procedures.
- Assisting with accounts queries (invoicing and chasing payments).
- Monthly reporting and feedback meetings.
- Embracing and supporting roll out of new claims management system.
**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience of handling Third Party and AD Motor Claims is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills across all levels.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Excellent numerical skills.
