Client Support Administrator

Are you interested in working for a well-respected, and established company, where you can put your administration and customer service skills to good use? We have an exciting Client Support Administrator role available based near Bangor, Gwynedd and just off the A55, this is an ideal commutable location from Anglesey or Conwy areas.
In this role you will be part of a small, friendly team providing a comprehensive and extremely accurate administrative service.
As the Client Support Administrator your duties will include:
- Maintaining and growing existing business relationships with current clients, and assist in bringing new clients on board
- Helping our clients to better understand the full potential of the product portfolio
- Being the point of escalation for client queries, liaising with the respective adviser as appropriate
- Delivering, promoting, and enhancing the business’s client-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions with its clients to ensure all clients receive a first-class client experience
- Working alongside colleagues on internal projects and determining the best use of resources to increase customer satisfaction
- Assisting with delivery of agreed marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar client focused administrative support role, professional and confident in dealing with people
- Strong IT skills including MS Office in particular Word and Excel
- High level of attention to detail with accurate typing and data entry skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work to Data Protection laws
- Good organisation skills and ability to use own initiative
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable
In return, the Client Support Administrator will receive an hourly pay rate of £12.00 plus holiday pay. This is a full-time temporary position providing maternity cover to start in April 2024.
