NSG Environmental Ltd has been delivering work programmes in the nuclear industry for over 40 years. Traditionally in the areas of decommissioning and waste management, NSG now has a broad customer base and provides a wide spectrum of services across the nuclear project lifecycle, ranging from expert consultancy support, R&D and engineering design to rekit and refurbishment, site installation services and high-hazard physical.
Decommissioning works, amongst others. This work is delivered at NSG’s own offices and purpose-built facilities and nuclear sites across the UK. The delivery and management of these projects and programmes of work is carried out by a skilled workforce composed of both white-collar and blue-collar personnel in technical, administrative, and physical roles.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Working with the ESH&Q team at our head office in Chorley, the administrator will undertake a range of duties that include:
- Assisting with maintenance of ESH & Q information and procedures
- Assisting with ESH & Q related documentation including filing
- Standards Library Controller
- Assisting with LQR Packs
- Managing the asset Database
- Creating Labels
- Management of the Archive store
- Logging and collecting responses to event reports, AO’s and audits
- Scheduling Walkrounds
- Assisting with QSHEW updates, formatting & issuing of documents
- Co-ordinating data from sites for the creation of reports for Health & Safety, Environmental & Quality
- Maintaining the Perfect Day counts
- Minute taking of ESH&Q meetings and chasing actions
**We will consider apprentices for the role along with fully trained/qualified staff.**

**Qualifications**
- ICT NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
- Desirable
- IOSH Managing Safely or Equivalent
- Desirable
**Experience & Knowledge**
- Well organised with the ability to work to timescales and demonstrate attention to detail
- Essential
- Routine recording and reporting of information both verbal and numerical
- Essential
- Process Mapping
- Desirable
- Internal Auditing-Desirable
- Familiar with QSHEW operating procedures and requirements etc-Desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
