We are looking to recruit an **Internal Sales Team Support** at Ralawise Ltd. We are a market leader in the clothing distribution market who have experienced huge growth over the last few years.

**Department**: Internal Sales - UK.

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm; additional hours as required.**

**Reports to**: Deputy Internal Sales Manager - UK.

**Salary: £23,319 P/A + £2,400 Bonus.**

In addition to handling customer enquiries, you will work closely with other operational departments and our Field Sales team, building rapport both internally with colleagues, and externally with customers.

**Key duties**:

- Handling inbound customer calls made to the Internal Sales Team phone line.
- Assisting with the Internal Sales inbox, handling quotes and enquiries.
- Outbound calls to potential new customers, finding out more about their business and what they are looking to use Ralawise for.
- Creating and uploading new accounts or price deals in Sage.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects such as price changes, marketing and brochure campaigns, and brand or sales call lists.
- Working and building relationships with specific customer groups or Field Sales territories where required, generating sales, and converting potential customers into traders.
- Manage and action daily/weekly/monthly reports. Analysing sales data and reporting on any trends or patterns within this.
- In addition to these functions, the employee is required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the business._
