Are you interested in working as a School Caretaker / Site Assistant / Premises Officer?

We are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker/Site Assistant/Handyperson/Maintenance Assistant to work for a small, welcoming special school based near Woodford in Essex.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm.The salary is £22,500 per annum.

Duties - General Caretaker/Handyperson/Maintenance Assistant duties including locking up the school and setting the alarm, weekly fire alarm checks, general repairs and maintenance within the school, unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing door/window handles,painting and decorating, replacing toilet seats, putting up shelves/pin boards, daily health and safety checks, overseeing Contractors on site, porterage, moving furniture, delivering parcels around the building, litter picking, sweeping up leaves, emptyingbins, replenishing supplies around the building eg. Soap, paper towels and hand sanitizer, grounds maintenance and all other duties as required.
