An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Council Tax Officer on behalf of our public sector organisation based in East London.

Key duties will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of Council Tax, which includes billing and recovery processes and answering complaints
- Update customer accounts and offer advice and guidance to customers on all aspects of council tax
- Use the organisation's systems Academy and Enterprise to input and record information
- The successful applicant may also be required to take back-office calls when call volumes are high in the call centre
