Stuart Power Ltd, one of the UK's largest distributors for the world's biggest diesel generator manufacturer FG Wilson (Engineering) Ltd are looking to recruit a customer focused, well organised Sales & Depot Administrator.
Based at our Shropham Headquarters facility, and ideally with some experience of the hire industry, assisting with the smooth running of our generator and pump rental depot.
Hours are Mon - Fri 8.00am to 5.30pm
**Responsibilities of the Administrator**
- Managing incoming & outgoing calls
- Compiling quotes and completing customer orders
- General administration duties
- Dealing with customer queries
- Pro-actively promote the Company at all times
- Provide Admin support to Workshops, Hire Desk & Sales team
- Develop a professional relationship with internal and external clients within the hire industry
- Producing monthly reports
**Requirements of the Administrator**
- PC literate
- Conversant with Full Microsoft suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills with a clear telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines
- A confident and flexible attitude
Half hour lunch break
On site parking
Annual Profit Share/Bonus
