Are you are looking for an entry level role with a keen interest in marketing?Reed Epsom are supporting a manufacturing client of ours based in Weybridge Surrey.

This role requires someone that is happy to manage admin including spreadsheets, critical paths and set up product codes, so requires attention to detail and someone who enjoys seeing something through from start to finish.

You will be methodical and use your excellent attention to detail to ensure all tasks performed are to a high standard.

You should be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

**Key responsibilities**:
To assist in ensuring product is brought to market as specified, on time and to target costs by:
Assisting in the drafting of comprehensive and accurate briefs.
Inputting & maintaining product information within company and customer planning systems.
Managing various supplier relationships including design consultants and manufacturers.
Offering input to product development ideas.
To support the successful communication and launch of new products and ranges by:
Providing tools for the sales team such as presentations to include relevant market research, market context, product features & benefits, USPs and relevant samples.
Creating trade marketing materials such as catalogues and online content.
Generating and managing any PR or promotional activities
Assisting in the planning, preparation and execution of key exhibitions and other events.
To liaise with other departments within the company in including:
Quality Control. Initial assessment and ongoing communication with to ensure that all product development complies with relevant safety and quality standards.
Supply Chain. Any reported production issues or delays that will impact on the critical path.
Merchandising. Product performance, customer feedback, rate of sale.
Sales. Two-way communication on development projects.
Sales team support:
Complete new line forms for all customers
Administer red/gold seal sample process for all customers requiring this process
Undertake any correspondence as required.
Sales Order Processing:
Input non-EDI orders
EDI processing
Liaise with merchandisers to ensure customer profiles are accurate and updated
Customer Service:
Field all trade and consumer related enquiries
Action as required.
Other systems used: Navision and Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics - If you do have experience in using these systems please ensure they are visible on your CV when applying.

**Additional responsibilities**:
Answer telephones and deal with telephone enquiries or transfer to colleagues as necessary.
General office administrative duties as required.
Organise & maintain filing system.
Maintain the showrooms, ensuring they are presentable and well-stocked at all times.
The role is office-based and full-time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
In addition to the salary, my client offers a company pension scheme matching employee’s contributions up to 5% of gross salary, together with a comprehensive package of insurance cover for all staff and 23 days holiday per annum.
