**Part time Accounts Assistant**
Location: Totnes
Salary - £20,000 pro rate
THE ROLE/ DUTIES: As a Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:
Input invoices to Xero accounting system
Input payments to Xero and produce receipts
Raise invoices
Reconcile the bank with Xero
Produce monthly P&L and balance sheet
Work with the team to support customers and flag any missed or late customer payments
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: - Proven book-keeping abilities in a similar role. - An AAT qualification such as Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping or Level 3 Advanced Diploma in accounting, or equivalent would be beneficial. - Experience of Xero accounting systems - Basic Microsoft Excel and Word skills - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Fantastic organisational skills
This is an office based role with flexibility around hours. ideally this person would work 5 hours a day over 3 days.
This person will be very much part of a small and perfectly formed team - so team work and a good sense of humour is essential.
