Yard Operative

**Evolution Recruit** are seeking for **Yard Operatives** for our client based in **Bilsthorpe**, **Nottinghamshire **to help grow its expanding team. In the role you will be machine minding, feeding machines, incoming materials to produce disposal and recycling products, moving various sized products around the yard using a Counterbalance truck and general site maintenance.

**PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OUTSIDE IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS AND BE USE TO WORKING IN A DIRTY ENVIRONMENT**

**Working hours is rotation one week 6am - 3pm and another week is 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.**

**Pay rate is : £11.24**

Previous experience working with machinery, good attention to detail, a can-do attitude, good timekeeping, able to work within a busy yard environment, standing for long periods, be reliable and trustworthy, follow instructions well, self-motivated, and good communication skills, organised, self-disciplined, work quickly and calmly under pressure.

**Yard Operator duties will include**:

- Loading and unloading
- Quality Checking
- Machine Minding
- Feeding products into a machines
- Moving stock around the yard
- Inputting data onto the systems
- Site & Yard Maintenance
- Proven experience working in a yard is a must

**You must have a full UK drivers licence with own vehicle or live locally due to the location.**

**Experience**:

- Yard Operative: 1 year (preferred)
- Waste Machine operator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
