Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver store targets and objectives, including occupancy levels, sales per sqft, insurance income, merchandise sales, and customer service.
- Always ensure full understanding and adherence to the Sales and Marketing brief.
- Uphold the Store Standard and ensure comprehension among all staff members.
- Implement and adhere to policies, procedures, and routines, addressing requests and returns promptly.
- Maintain a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations and increasing sales through proactive store marketing.
- Assist the Management Team in maximizing sales opportunities and achieving targets.
- Maintain the Store Standard by adhering to daily, weekly, and monthly routines and cleaning schedules.
- Actively implement the store marketing plan, promoting features and benefits to both business and domestic customers.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with associated businesses.
- Ensure the store team is fully committed to delivering excellent customer service and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Assist in team development and management, ensuring competence and correct execution of duties.
- Contribute to cost control efforts, minimising customer debt through strict adherence to company procedures.
- Prioritise security and health + safety, conducting regular store audits, complying with legal requirements, and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and routines as outlined in the store operations manual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
