**Responsible for**: Day to day support for Head of PMO, ESG support
- Employee travel/ office attendance for footprint and other MI.
**Main Purpose of job**: Project Management Office Administrator is a critical role within the Business to ensure all processes are followed in line with our QMS. This is a varied role and covers all aspects of the QMS and interacts with the majority of departments across the business as a whole as well as general support within our Business including supporting our ESG strategy.
**Key Tasks**:
- Complete project set ups in accordance with the ITM QMS standards
- Review all Project Processes on a regular basis and amend where necessary
- Analyse Central Change Control Log for patterns & trends and report to Head of PMO
- Generate weekly project reports for all levels of the business
- Analyse project margins to identify cost overspend
**Requirements**:
- Articulate and competent communicator, both verbally and written
- Organised with excellent time keeping
- Passion & drive to develop
**Experience**:
- Intermediate MS Office
- Data Analysis Experience
**The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Business administration Level 3 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.**
- You will be taught through:
- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 6 Weekly Hours Off the Job Training - No college release day
- The course is 18 months programme.

**Salary**: £18,000.00 per year
