We are HIRING - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Technology Consulting
Strategic Moves Consultancy was started by Nick Gordonwho is a serial entrepreneur in the recruitment sector.
He started his career over 20 years ago and has built and sold many businesses throughout that time.
The largest company he sat across was a 1.1 billion turnover recruitment business which he assisted the turnaround and sale of many of its assets, including a large IT platform which specialised in Tech, IT Contract and Perm in the UK, France and Germany.
He has now invested in Strategic Moves Consultancy as he believes there is an opportunity to build a company that has great values.
Job Overview:
You will be responsible for spearheading the recruitment process for tech-related positions, ensuring the acquisition of high-calibre professionals who possess the necessary technical expertise and fit seamlessly into our clients' organisations. You will collaborate with hiring managers and client partners to understand their requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies that align with our clients values and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide detailed evaluations and recommendations to hiring managers.
Cultivate strong relationships with tech professionals, industry influencers, and professional networks to create a robust talent pipeline and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Work closely with hiring managers and client partners to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish hiring criteria that align with our clients' business needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
Strong knowledge of technology trends and technical skill sets relevant to the IT industry.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other CRM systems.
