**Part time role 16 hours per week - Monday and Tuesday (including 2x1 hour unpaid lunch breaks.**

**Salary £11.00-£12.00 per hour (depending on experience)**

**Role Summary**:

- **To support the CEO and the Trust in the funding, development and delivery of internal and external projects. Provide general administrative support for the Trust and lead on the agreed communications strategy to increase visibility. Provide IT expertise and support.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support the CEO and the Board in the delivery of a range of activities**:

- **Development and delivery of approved projects as delegated by CEO**:

- **Support community groups and organisations in developing and delivering various projects and events**:

- **Develop and produce marketing and promotional media for the Trust including content.**:

- **Lead on the delivery of the agreed communications strategy to ensure high levels of visibility using a variety of different media.**:

- **Maintain all paper and digital information systems and databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.**:

- **Provide general office cover and food bank support as required**:

- **Provide IT expertise and support for the office and customers**
- **Provide cover for the library and Tourist Information centre when required**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:
