As an Import Coordinator at our well-established company, you will play a vital role in managing sea, airfreight, and road shipments from initiation to completion. Here’s what you can expect in this exciting role:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proficiently handle the end-to-end coordination of sea, airfreight, and road shipments, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Oversee imports, with a primary focus on ocean shipments (80%) while also managing road and airfreight.
- Collaborate with external port/airport customs clearing agents for import customs clearances, streamlining the process and ensuring compliance.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in import coordination or a related role is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of import regulations and procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, clients, and customs clearing agents.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a dedication to achieving results
