ITV’s hit TV show Ninja Warrior UK has been on our screens since 2015, with Tim Champion finally crowned the UK’s first winner in 2019 scaling the top of Mount Midoriyama against tough opposition from across the world
PLG have partnered with ITV to create a Ninja Warrior UK activity and fitness venue in Watford which will be geared to appeal to a wide age and ability range. As well as the Ninja activities there will also be a café plus a soft play area for mini-Ninjas so that all members of the family can have fun in our centre.

Are you a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, active environment?
We are looking for an individual with an interest in the Leisure Entertainment Industry to work as a Food and Beverage Manager.
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will have a natural flair for customer service and people management. We are looking for a motivated manager, who's responsibility will be to ensure that their team onsite is providing a welcoming and efficient first impression to all visitors of our new centre.
You will be part of the management rota, working a variety of shifts and assisting in the organization and co-ordination of the centre’s day to day operations. Working closely with the General Manager you will help to promote and encourage the wider use of the centre to increase users and revenue.
The ideal Food and Beverage Manager has:
- Previous Food and Beverage supervisory experience
- Performance management experience
- Knowledge of food, health and safety standards
- Ability to manage, monitor product quality and service trends
- Previous experience in forecasting, planning and controlling the ordering of food and beverages
- People management skills
- including recruitment experience
- Problem solving skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A strong a ‘can do’ attitude
- Organisation and time management skills
- Experience in understanding, delivering and exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
- Skills to plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident and professional approach
- Must have a minimum of level 2 food safety, preferably level 3
- Exceptional organisation skills
- Ability to maximise all sales opportunities
- Food safety certificate would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to manage, monitor product quality and service trends
- Ability to assist in monitoring inventory and stock takes

Please note the centre will be open 7 days a week so evening and weekend work will be required.
