Services & Property Administrator

We are a successful and independent agency marketing high quality holiday homes throughout the UK. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to join our property team.
This full-time role will be based in our Roseland office. Primarily supporting the local Property Manager, the role includes day to day administration duties acting as a key point of contact for prospects and owners located in this beautiful area. Some travel to our other offices and visiting properties will be involved including an initial training programme based at our office in Hayle.
**Duties to include but not limited to**:
- Gathering information from prospective owners.
- Taking and following up prospect calls.
- Preparing contracts.
- Being a point of contact for owners, responding to any enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Maintaining strong working relationships with owners as well as local businesses.
- Supporting the co-ordination of housekeeping, maintenance services and contractors for our fully managed properties.
- Assisting the Property Manager with property visits, photo shoots, and other ad hoc duties
**Desired skills**:
- A self-starter with drive, motivation, and a sense of fun, to help grow and administer our business in Cornwall.
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Excellent, empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT literacy.
- Previous experience in a property related role would be an advantage but not essential.
- Full driving licence.
