Head Of Property Management Job Overview
Direct management of a team of 15 staff
Full responsibility for managing the Property Management Service offering
Managing annual budgets and forecasting
Oversee rent collection, arrears management, and service charge administration.
Assisting with the management of a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties
Maintaining and improving client relationships
Oversee the management of the Services property portfolio, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with health and safety regulations.
Head Of Property Management Job Requirements
Prior experience leading a Property Management team
Experience with Commercial Property and/or Lease & Block Management
Prior experience in manging financial budgets
Excellent leadership skills
Ability to travel across the South West to collaborate with team members
