We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and patience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
- Up sell products or services to customers as appropriate
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations with diplomacy
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

**Salary**: From £24,126.27 per year
