Finance Administrator

Main tasks supporting the finance department will include the following;
- Processing Invoices for payment
- Reconciling client bank accounts
- Service charge credit control
- Collating information for accountant to prepare year end accounts
- Raising service charge invoices
Other duties will include;
- Typing minutes of meetings
- Sending ad hoc letters to clients
- General office duties including; answering calls, processing post, scanning, filing etc.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dorchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Work Location: One location
