We are looking for motivated and passionate Peer Support Workers who have successfully completed the FTB/ IMROC Peer Support Programme and are committed to delivering high quality peer support to our service users in the community mental health services.

Applicants should be able to communicate effectively, drawing upon their own experiences of mental distress to provide authentic support to their Peers and use their personal recovery journey to inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible in the people they are supporting. You should have good organisational skills, be able to manage a varying workload efficiently and work as part of a team.
