As Central Reservationist you play a pivotal role in our business; guests and colleagues rely on you to deliver exceptional results. The Reservations team is the heart of the business, and the Central Reservationists are the key to delivering an industry leading guest booking journey across all channels.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
**Booking Process**:

- Deliver an industry leading guest booking journey through the multiple channels our guests
- Add all enquiries onto our booking platforms accurately and quickly.
- Action and follow the correct booking process and requests from partner platforms such as

(but not limited to) Buy a Gift, Itison, Virgin Experience Days, Truly Experiences
- Champion referrals and ensure if one restaurant cannot accommodate a guest, you get

them booked into another.

**Cover Optimisation**:

- Ensure optimisation of covers by careful and thought through placement of reservations,

ensuring not to exceed the covers or pacing limit in a session.
- Soft assign all reservations to a table to ensure Open table has the optimal full cover

availability online at all times.
- Ensure all no shows and cancellations are marked accurately.

**Guest Journey**:

- Be up to date with all activations, menus and events - read all briefing sheets and relay this

information to relevant guests accurately.
- Field any guest complaints, handle those you can and escalate any others to your line

manager.
- Undertake any administrative tasks required to complete the day to day running of the

reservations department.
**Social Media - Community Management**:

- Look after social media community management, answering questions and guest enquiries

on our social media platforms.
