**RSR Recruitment** are industry experts in providing a supportive recruitment arm to UK housing developers, Land & New Home Teams & Housing Associations.

We are recruiting for an experienced **New Homes Sales Negotiator** for an ongoing circa 18 month temporary assignment in Hounslow, London.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring that the sales & marketing suite is excellently presented
- Managing sales of properties from enquiry through to completion
- Meeting, qualifying and giving tours to customers
- Managing any existing databases
- Dealing with enquiries, both on the phone and face-to-face

**Requirements for the role**:

- Proficient in the use of IT
- Confident to work on your own or as part of a team
- Sales and service focussed
- Hold full driving license and own vehicle
- Well presented
- Indian/Pakistani speaking (desirable)

Offering a competitive hourly rate, plus holiday pay & commission.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
