**The people we support**:
We are a group of adults of varying ages living in our own homes, some with family, some with carers who look after us. We have learning disabilities, sensory disabilities, physical disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions.

**What are our interests?**
Some of us really want paid employment, whilst others are happy to volunteer with local organisations or in charity shops. Some of us would really like to be able to travel to and from work on our own, too

We us public transport to travel form home to our workplace. This helps us to be confident in our travel routes, safe when travelling and as independent as possible.

We are all hard-workers and great team-mates

**Who are we looking for?**
We really want to be supported by people with a wide range of interests and hobbies, someone we can talk to about a lot of things. We want Support Workers who can stand up for us at work and help us to set and achieve our goals.

**This service runs between Monday - Friday and shifts tend to be from 9am - 4pm. The team are looking for someone to join them on a permanent basis working 11 hours per week. Additional hours will be available to cover annual leave and absence.**
