**Senior Customer Service Advisor**

Do you thrive on customer service? Are you a natural at guiding people forward to find a positive solution? We are looking for individuals who can communicate in a caring and supportive way

**35 hours per week**: Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm

**Hybrid working: You will work between your home and our client’s beautiful office in **Kilmarnock, with amazing transport links nearby

**Training**:3 weeks classroom-based training

**Start date**: May 2023

To be considered for this role you must be great at delivering conversations, being able to ask the right questions to be sure you can then take the right approach and have great problem-solving skills to help with their current situation and find the best solution. You must be comfortable using multiple systems and Microsoft packages, full training will be provided to ensure you understand the company regulations, and also help you succeed in your new role.
