Position: Administration Staff Location: Glossop

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members.
- Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle general office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
- Able to input data on many different CRM’s

**Requirements**:

- Must have previous experience at least 3 years experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: £21,091.00-£25,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- OFFICE WORK: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

- English (preferred)
