**Customer Service Assistant**

**Reports To**:
The Customer Service Assistant will report to Head of Office

**Job Overview**:
Holloways of Ludlow is a family owned lighting and homewares retailer of over 30 years standing with five stores and an online website. Our aim is to offer a wide range of quality designer lighting and homewares sourced from around the world and here in the UK. We have become leaders in the design industry by consistently sourcing and supplying a wide range of lighting, bathroom fittings and fixtures, furniture and products for every aspect of your home.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
What you will be doing:

- Providing excellent customer service to our retail customers with both speed and precision.
- Delivering a service where patience, empathy and building rapport with customers is key.
- Complaint handling including creating clear notes on customers’ accounts with relevant details, as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary.
- Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams.
- Processing customer returns and exchanges.
- Monitoring customer service issues and working with management to prevent issues from happening again.

**What we are looking for**:
Experienced in customer service

Highly organised with strong time management

Confident and articulate communicator both verbal and written

IT literate in Microsoft products

A great team member happy to get involved with all aspects of the office across all departments.

Experience using Linnworks software (desirable)

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£22,000.00 per year
