**Job Opportunity: Quality Control (QC) / Valet**

4th Dimension is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QC/Valet. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of repaired motorcycles, contributing to our repair operations' overall success and meeting our commercial targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the valeting and quality checking of completed motorcycles to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Perform quality checks according to defined QC check sheets, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Reconcile any discrepancies found against agreed-upon damage records.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Estimating, Production, Workshop, and Paintshop, to confirm repairs' completeness.
- Recommend and assist in implementing remedial actions as needed.
- Provide feedback to other departments to improve the overall quality of output.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Maintain an adequate stock of cleaning products and equipment.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organized.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Broad understanding of production functions and their interconnectivity.
- Familiarity with systems related to production operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Commitment to upholding the values and culture of 4th Dimension.
