**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive lead generation and increase brand visibility in international markets.
- Manage digital advertising campaigns, including setup, tracking, and budget allocation, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google ads.
- Analyze sales data to generate marketing reports that support business objectives.
- Maintain business databases and support customer segmentation.
- Collaborate with sales and business development to create tailored content for specific customer demographics.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, including trade shows, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain promotional materials and ensure they’re up to date and effective.
- Support the marketing manager and team with strategy planning, objectives and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with new business opportunities and identify areas for professional growth.

**Skills and Experience**
- Marketing qualification or evidence of ongoing professional development.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Proven experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns and delivering effective content strategies.
- Proficient in SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with PPC campaigns across major search engines.
- Excellent writing skills, with strong grammar and punctuation.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a proven ability to meet deadlines independently.

- Work Location: Hybrid/office based in Greenock (initial introduction period to be completed at office)
