As a Hospitality Leader Apprentice, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Managing a team of staff
- Developing and implementing customer service strategies
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
- Ensuring that the hotel meets all health and safety standards
- Working with suppliers and contractors

You will also have the opportunity to learn the theoretical aspects of hospitality leadership at Truro and Penwith College.
