An exciting opportunity is now available within the Business Growth Team based at our modern offices within The Arc, Clowne. If successful you will play an essential part in providing administrative support to a busy team covering Dragonfly’s commercial property team, its economic development team as well as supporting the delivery of exciting new capital projects across a varied property portfolio.
The role will require strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a wide range of audiences. The post-holder will be expected to show initiative, managing priorities and own time, problem-solving skills, and decision-making.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in business support / commercial property or a similar environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and own workload.
- Attention to detail, with accuracy for record keeping and data handling.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
- And excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
