**Job summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**

To interact closely, in coordination with and/or support of the senior members of the team, with the investor base, CACIB's origination teams and the rest of the debt distribution team in order to i) support origination activities of CLF, Senior bankers and other metiers, where relevant/ if needed; ii) assure CACIB's Structured Telecom Private Credit (loan and PP) transactions are structured and priced to sell into the PF/Infrastructure investor or leveraged loan market, and ii) coordinate the syndicate/distribution in primary/secondary/CRI market Structured Telecom transactions originated by the bank, plus structured Private Placements whether in the form of loans or private bonds / notes in the relevant markets.
- Coordinate with the deal teams and the other syndicate team members from the earliest stage of transactions and contribute views on pricing, terms and other conditions;
- Coordinate, in conjunction with PF/Infrastructure Distribution / Leverage Distribution team as appropriate to Distribute CACIB’s assets in the primary, secondary, CA Group and CRI markets;
- Interact with the investor community through Coverage and Distribution teams and where necessary directly through market testings, soundings and general market update discussions, plus monitor comparable transactions in whatever sector, to understand market specifics, liquidity available for and likely market reaction to deals CACIB may arrange or participate in;
- Help prepare and attend pitch meetings with sponsors and clients;
- Monitor and track call reports to maintain sector overview liquidity and investment criteria, direct sales where investor information is outdated or more detailed feedback is required, and supply relevant high level non-specific public info on pipeline opportunities to allow sales to maintain meaningful dialogue with the investor base.
- Monitor the sector portfolio for current /upcoming concentrations to suggest where direct sale secondary opportunities may arise/ reverse inquiries may be of value

**Experience**:

- Syndication or PF/Infrastructure/Leverage finance experience OR
- 5 years minimum with a commercial role related to origination or syndication
- EMEA loan syndication markets (banks & institutional investors)
