This role will allow you to successfully contribute to the departments success in qualifying leads for niche markets, build new & existing relationships and help our clients to start the journey to exit their business.

**What will your role as a Senior Sales Associate looks like?**
- To manage/screen inbound leads from new and existing clients to book quality appointments for the Associate Directors in line with Company processes and Company Policy
- To maintain, manage and maximise the efficiency of the diaries for the Associate Directors
- Advise on the Company products and service benefits to potential clients
- To ensure that your own targets and KPI’s are met on a daily basis
- To gather and document information about the customer and accurately record the information on the CRM system
- To build strong relationships with potential customers, colleagues and the field sales team
- Actively drive career progression and self-growth
- To act professionally at all times and contribute and provide support to the wider lead generation team
