- 4530_1701705875- We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Assistant to join a fantastic and thriving fashion company to work across the Wholesale department. You will be a good team player who is numerate, analytical, and organised.

This role would suit somebody who has previously worked in a wholesale environment supporting the sales team.

Previous SAP experience is advantageous for this role.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- General office administration tasks of filing orders, sending out orders confirmations, management of showroom standards and samples within the building.
- Being a main point of contact to customers and internal departments.
- Regular communication with production regarding samples.
- Prepare samples to send out to clients each season.
- Managing and allocating the shipment of stock to key accounts.
- Provide key accounts with barcode and product information and manage weekly replenishment orders.
- Create and maintain delivery schedules for clients and provide updates on the orders, ensuring critical path dates are met.
- Assisting Wholesale team with end-to-end process of sales orders.
- Regularly liaise with warehouse over barcodes, making them aware of any ticketing requirements or stock issues.

**Person specification**:

- Previous administrative wholesale experience required.
- Good communication & time management skills.
- Previous SAP experience is advantageous for this role.
- Friendly, positive team player who is eager to progress within the fashion industry.
- Numerate & analytical, proficient on Excel.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
