The role is available immediately.


The Company:

 

Estella Bartlett is a well-established fashion jewellery and accessories brand, selling to major department stores and independent retailers around the world.

 

The Job:

 

The main purpose of this role is to assist the Sales Team in any sales related tasks, such as processing customer orders, performing stores visits, updating existing customers with seasonal collections via phone calls and emails and assist in trading the wholesale business.


Place of Work:


Office based


Your main duties will be:

 

·        Help process customer orders in the back office


·        Work closely with the Accounts Managers to ensure all customer requirements are followed and orders are delivered in a timely manner


·        Perform regular in store visits to ensure products are displayed following guidelines

 

·        Regularly contact existing and prospective customers to ensure the information about our new and existing products is passed on and deliveries have been well received


·        Support the commercial team in all activities including preparing presentations, preparing product samples and production of sales support materials


·        Maintain product sample collections and send out samples on request


·        Update and maintain accuracy of the Wholesale database


·        Help organise the Trade and Consumer Shows

 

Key Skills/Experience required by the jobholder:  


We are looking for someone with strong administration skills with good working knowledge of MS Office software and who has excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will have strong numerical skills and be confident adapting and prioritising your workload to meet any time restraints. This role requires some traveling to customer stores using either a car or trains.
