Based in Llangollen, we provide canyoning in the best canyon in North Wales; rafting and river tubing on the River Dee, canoeing over the world’s highest aqueduct, as well as our own archery & axe throwing range alongside the river.

Since we started in 2018 we’ve grown rapidly. We’re now expanding our team with this new role: Adventurous outdoor activity center manager/ Head guide.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Office Administrator. The Sales Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, office administration, sales support, customer service, and communication support, enabling the sales team to work effectively. The role will also involve working closely with the management to manage bookings and deliver an unforgettable experience to our customers.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Administrative assistance and office administration skills
- Experience with sales or the desire to learn how to sell
- Hands-on experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to provide support to the sales team with sensitivity and empathy toward customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people in a professional and friendly manner
- Experience in the outdoor activities industry is a plus
