AN Richards is a family owned and run MAN Truck and Light commercial vehicle Dealer near Llangollen.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing business-to-business warranty and contract claims.

You will utilise your investigatory skills to ensure the accuracy of each claim, cross-referencing with other teams and information sources to identify and address any anomalies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Claims Management**: Process warranty and contract claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Investigations**: Delve into available resources to determine the accuracy of claims and identify any anomalies.
- **Compliance**: Review warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up on rejected or adjusted claims and negotiate settlements with relevant parties.
- **Professional Service**: Provide a professional service throughout the warranty and contract claim handling process.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain warranty records and documentation accurately.
- **Customer Support**: Assist with resolving customer inquiries and concerns related to warranties.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information for warranty claims.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within the motor industry, but not essential).
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong technical knowledge ( or willingness to aquire )relevant to the role.
- **IT Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs.
- **Communication**: Effective communication skills at all professional levels.
- **Self-Motivation**: Highly self-motivated with the ability for lateral thinking.
- **Organisational Skills**: Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively, meeting tight deadlines and working systematically.
- **Clerical Skills**: Strong clerical and administrative skills.
