We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Ensuring all drivers are appropriately trained and familarised with both operations and equipment (only where there is no regional site compliance teams)
- Responsible for driver and fleet legal compliance during shift in accordance with DHL Asset Management Centre of Excellence standards
- Management of short term driver absence and relocation of work
- Daily operations issue management and resolution for transport and with local warehouse
- To schedule, prepare and conduct quarterly 1-2-1's with all direct reports in line with OMS guidelines

- Previous Transport Shift Manager experience
- IT Literate, with microsoft office packages
- DHL Supply Chain experience would be desirable
